Lifestyle Edit: Make 2016 Your Year!

Christmas has been & gone. 

The chubby man in the red velvet suit has visited, left his presents & left us for another year. 

With the remnants of cookie crumbs and empty beer bottles comes the realisation that the New Year is close. 

Ever thought to yourself "This year is going to be mine" and then done nothing about it? 

Don't worry I've been there too. But I've also learnt a lot this year and worked on myself a lot too so I've found some answers for this problem.
