Health Edit: Some Great Food & Exercise Resources

Since turning Vegan, I have become quite obsessed with getting healthy and making sure I'm really conscious about what I'm putting into my body.

This new lifestyle choice has also opened the door for me to various health related ideas that I hadn't accessed before.

I've downloaded numerous fitness and food guides during my journey and have also found some amazing websites that help me live this lifestyle that I've chosen.

With you're vegan, vegetarian, paleo or just a meat eater, you'll get some use out of these resources for sure! (each heading is linked to the site where you can access it from)

Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guides

When I first heard of these guides I wasn't too sure what to think. I had always grown up with the idea in my mind that the only way to lose weight was through cardio and that lifting weights made you into a body builder.

Kayla completely changed my way of thinking and I love her workouts. They're so easy to do and the best part is that you don't even need a membership!

I complete my workouts at home in our entertainment room on one of my sisters gymnastics mats. Or if the suns shining I like to workout outside on the lawn.

You get to create your own gym though which is the best bit.

And the workouts are in 4 x 7 minute circuits with a 30second to 90 second break in between each. So you can slip them into your daily routine easily.

Loni Jane Feel The Lean Ebook

I followed Loni's journey from her first pregnancy after she raised quite a bit of speculation with her pregnancy diet. Loni was actually one of the people who inspired me to change my diet and turn plant based.

Her recipes focus on raw vegan eating and include delicious juices, desserts and bowls of goodness.

If you're looking to cleanse your body or just want to incorporate some raw foods into your diet, this ebook is perfect!

When I first went Vegan my partner and I used to scratch our heads over what to make for dinner or lunch or breakfast.

The initial transition is a difficult one however we just started as simply as possible and would make what we would usually eat but just substitute vegan ingredients for the non-vegan.

As we started to run out of meal ideas and dinners became repetitive, I decided it was time to mix it up and do some research.

This website was the first one I stumbled upon in my quest to find some vegan meals that could replace the tired ones we were constantly making. Her dinner recipes are amazing and if you've got a sweet tooth then this sites the one for you.

The vegan desserts here are endless and so delicious!

minimalistbaker.com

This is another site that came in super handy during my vegan transition. This site too includes a huge range of recipes that are so delicious.

The great part is some ingredients aren't solely vegan so if you don't lead a vegan lifestyle then there's some recipes in here for you too.

The key lime pie recipe is amazing and the green chilli vegan mac cheese is so deceiving it's ridiculous!

Hopefully these resources come in handy for you like they have for me!
